SeaPark Terrace House

Eprocure Design PLT transformed an aging terrace house into a contemporary office and living hybrid, seamlessly blending functionality with modern design. The project involved extensive extension works to maximize usable space while introducing a striking central void that floods the interior with natural light, creating a bright and open atmosphere. Every element was carefully planned—from spatial layout and structural enhancements to custom-built interiors—resulting in a versatile environment that supports both work and everyday living. The finished space showcases thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a perfect balance between practicality and modern aesthetics.
